About
Jérémie Courtois
The person behind Courtois-Consulting
Passionate about technology from a very young age, I’ve built my career around a simple goal: leveraging technology to serve businesses. From developer to project manager, expert, architect, and eventually program director, I have gradually expanded my vision, skills, and responsibilities — leading complex digital transformation projects on an international scale.
Today, through Courtois-Consulting, I support my clients with strategic IT project management, ERP migration, middleware architecture modernization, and integration flow optimization.
👉 What I enjoy above all is taking on real challenges.
I fully commit to ambitious projects with tangible stakes, applying a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach. Whether I lead 3 or 50 people, what matters to me is the challenge to tackle, the complexity to master, and the value to deliver. This is the kind of environment where I truly give my best.

Just like the systems I optimize, I’m not entirely bug-free. 🐞
Excellence isn’t a fixed state, but a process of constant adjustment.
That’s why I embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, aligned with the technological and methodological evolutions I work with.
For obvious security reasons 🔐, I can’t publicly expose my vulnerabilities… but if you’re curious, I’d be happy to discuss them, confidentially 🤫, of course.

Beyond projects, a different space for exploration
Outside of work, personal activities play an essential role. They provide time to recharge, to cultivate curiosity in other ways, and to find a balance that supports long-term professional engagement.
Travel is part of what keeps me balanced. I’ve been fortunate to discover around sixty countries — each one offering a new perspective. I’m just as drawn to the energy of Asian megacities as to the raw beauty of Iceland, the fascinating chaos of India, the crystal-clear waters of snorkeling spots, or the magic of an African safari.
I travel both solo and with others, depending on the moment and the mood. Solitary travel opens space for introspection and a deeper connection to the environment, while shared journeys bring richness through conversations, laughter, and complicity.
The trip that marked me the most? A six-month round-the-world journey, a truly formative experience. It gave me perspective, helped me grow, and enriched me far beyond the professional sphere.
I enjoy photography for the beauty of the tool itself — the body, the lens, the precision of a technical gesture.
I also enjoy capturing moments, not just for the image, but to document what I see, experience, and never want to forget.
And finally, there’s a unique pleasure in revisiting those moments later, with perspective, and bringing back the meaning or emotion behind them.
I need to stay in motion, swimming, walking, cycling, whether in nature or the city. Physical activity helps me both escape and refocus.
One personal challenge I set for myself: cycling from Paris to London, endurance, freedom, and that unique sense of accomplishment at the finish line.
Geek at heart, I’m passionate about everything related to technological innovation: the latest consumer gadgets, connected devices, virtual reality (which I began exploring early on), and more recently, artificial intelligence — which I regularly test, observe, and integrate with genuine enthusiasm.
Culture, in all its forms, is a powerful driver of curiosity and openness. Whether it’s current events, contemporary art exhibitions, sculpture, or gastronomy, I have a true appetite for anything that broadens my perspective and deepens my understanding of the world.
Don’t hesitate to reach out with your questions , no strings attached.
